Rationale

The 2009 Salary Guidelines for Rostered Leaders in the Metropolitan Chicago Synod are provided by the synod to assist in establishing appropriate salary packages. It is our hope that the various charts and attachments will provide useful information.

This year, we are suggesting a 4% cost of living increase for all rostered leaders.
